Due to the fact that more and more people keep asking how things went in the past between IBS and NetGen IT Services BV and of course with Huub Janssen and Ed Bleeker. Well here is the entire story. By the end of the eighties Ed and Huub met up at the K2 group NV. Both working as account managers. The K2 Group NV had more potential than money and went into receivership. Both men became managers at JBA. JBA, at that time the number 3 of the ERP world, gave them a good working enviroment. Beginning of 1997 we bumped into IBS (the number 5 ERP supplier of the world at that time) and started of our own company as a reseller for the dutch market. IBS Nederland BV was a fact. in 2000 IBS AB (from Sweden) bought Consist in the Netherlands. We now had a strange situation: Consist being a full subsidiary of IBS but could not use the name; IBS Nederland BV was our company and we had nothing to do with IBS other than they supplied us with the IBS Software. To make a long story short; by the end of 2002 we sold all our stock to IBS AB. We ran an other operation named NetGen IT services BV in which we sold CRM, BI, Lotus Notes and RPG programming, mostly to IBS customers. IBS took off and NetGen took over its place. IBM brought us together with SAP at that moment in time. This was the beginning of 2003. Eversince we worked hard selling RPG (bespoke) programming on one side and SAP Business One on the other side. September 2005 Pandarve Holding BV (Ed) bailed out and Cadwal Holding BV (huub) took over all stock of NetGen IT services BV. I hope this will shine the right light on the situation.
