Jolantje made it into a master of Law. This week we where spectators at the presentation of her certification at the Law faculty in the centre of Utrecht. She received a nice speach and made us all feel proud!
I went for the Leica Digilux 3 and I could make a good deal with a reseller in Bussum. He is stopping with the Leica dealership and was willing to give me a very sharp price. In the mean time I am following a entry course given by Sophie Epecechea, learing all the tricks of the trade. Together with 15 other people we are digesting everthing she is explaining, The coming 30 weeks, yes 30 weeks, are there to improve on my pictures.
ChainScope is heading into the good direction. This week we came to an agreement with one of the largest SAP resellers of The Netherlands and they are using ChainScope to solve parameter setting issues at one of their customers in the chemical sector. This went very fast and we are confident that we are able to give the right support in order to optimize the settings.

Proud to present the new Logo:

Overall, the market for SCM software vendors is very good, growing by 18% to total $6 billion worldwide in 2007, according to Gartner. Much of that growth can be attributed to emerging markets and the growing availability of Software as a Service (SaaS). Companies are moving off spreadsheets, and SaaS is making SCM accessible to companies that otherwise couldn't afford it, Gartner says. Companies can also approach SCM by adopting modules specific to their needs.

ChainScope:
2 applications around new algoritms to create the optimal levels in inventory and customer service levels.
Unique is the fact that we are able to connect the level of money invested in inventory to the level of customer service. Hence we are able to calculate in a split second where to put what stock in which place for the wanted customer service level at the least possible costs.
Constantly earning big money for our customers.
Ton de Kok (right) is Co founder of ChainScope. Here explaining the software to Vincent W. Who is a Specialist in Advanced Planning & Scheduling and Supply Chain Management

I am entering a photographers course on how to operate a digital reflex camera. What should I buy: a Leica Digilux 3 or a Canon EOS 40D. I fancy the Leica a bit more, because of the fact that I am using a Leica d-lux 3 already. Should we go for German quality or for the Japanese state of art.
Please help me out here.
Ragging freshmen is hard work. These guys enjoying a glas of beer after a night of enjoying lots of beer. The man in the middle is sleeping, his mates do not seem to be bottered by the time of day (08.30 am).
