Once again a perfect weekend in the German Sauerland. With our group of 16 we had a full agenda all three days. Cold but sunny and lots of fun.

Just an update on NetGen IT Services BV. Lots of (ERP) projects are coming to a good end and perfect result. Happy customers. WeY asked me to present about the tricks of the trade about how maximize succes with ERP implementations "on time and within budget". Aside from a perfect plan you really need to have a bearing surface and support from the people who have to do the work. Involvement and teamwork! We proved this last statement at the SAP implementation we did at The Greenery. (1750 fte and approx 2 billion euro annual turnover) A textbook example on how to implement the changes in the organisation and the software accordingly.
