Last monday we hosted a central meeting together with WeY to discuss how far can we go with supply chain optimization. In the picture the supply chain directors from DHL and Van Bommel shoes participating in the discussion. ChainScope plays a significant role in the calculation of the optima. WeY is an important Dutch organisation helping companies with temporary employees cross industry.

Good ChainScope news!
ChainScope is selected for the Selection Process to be in the Semi-Final in Eindhoven (The Netherlands) at the Eurecan European Venture Contest which will be on November 5. The final will be in Barcelona, Spain on 17 & 18 December.
In the picture above the finalists of 2007.
No picture today. As I am learning the new Leica; quality of the pictures drop to an subzero level (my fault, not the Leica´s). Sophie E., my tutor, is pushing me hard. This week it was all about "composition" , rather difficult for a non creative!
What a week we had. Lot´s of vibrant things going on.
Credit Crisis is hitting hard. In the Netherlands there are some 120.000 persons/ families who put their trust into Icesave. Icesave is not responding anymore. Dead and out of business? Money gone?
Despite the credit crises ChainScope is absolutely heading into a good direction. Taking excess money out of the Supply Chain, by optimizing it, helps companies to perform better certainly in a logistics and financial way. There is a lot of interest of all kind of companies cross industry. We are hosting a round table on the 20th of october in collaboration with "WeY". Within a wink all place were filled. We are now working on a deal with a very interesting company with a world wide presence. I will tell you more once the deal is completed. Untill then you never Know. The website is not quite ready but open for visits.
