We had to change all clocks in the house and had a lazy Sunday afternoon. 

UAT Sign off is a fact for the China implementation

Our Chinese customer is heading towards a go live as the UAT is concluded with a sign off. I would like to thank the entire team for the tremendous job that has been done. The work is not done yet as we are preparing for go live now; meaning data loading, training end users and counting away the hours...In the meantime the customer is moving from one office location to a new brand new location- downtown Beijing.

ERP professionals

The ERP professionals went skiing again. The venue, as always, a good place in Tirol Austria. This year no harm is done to our physical well-being. Unlike other years. The set is here!

Future projects in the supply chain arena!

Working with the  business division on the admin for future projects. Tomorrow having a late night diner with the gang before we drive of to Austria for a couple of days relaxing on the slopes. The weather forecast is splendid!

Perfect Preparation

The last two weeks we spend with at our Chinese’s customers HQ in Beijing. With a large team of stream leads and key users we worked our way through several hundreds of scripts that were being prepared during system integration testing. We have finished around 70% of the scripts and I know already that we are well prepared for Go Live for the countries we are targeting now: Hong Kong, Taiwan and China itself. The customer will gain all around. My gratitude goes out to the team of approx. 50 people who made this work.
