UAT is done!

UAT is accepted by our Japanese and Singaporese Healthcare Customer. Thanks to the entire team! Everybody worked hard to make this happen, next step is Regression testing and finaly go live.

Earthquake 6.3

Whilst in the middle of software testing we were struck by an earthquake with a force of 6.3. Strange to withness this naturforce. Japan crew is used to it. In the picture some of the team. We calculated 7 different nationalities. Australian, Singaporese, Malay, Japanese, Indian, US and Dutch. After the forthnight of central testing we are now going into a fortnight of decentral testing.

Things really are happening in Japan! The team is working very hard to get the SPS BP User Acceptance Test behind us. Some 70 persons are involved here, making extreme long days and achieve good results. Tonight Karaoke downtown Tokyo.

User Acceptance Testing in Japan is going according to plan for both One Mobile and SPS Blueprint, some 150 basic scenario's with a lot (1000 plus) of specific mentioned deviations based on different processes are tested by the Key Users. So far So good.
I am preparing to spent next week with the team on location.

Today most of the day the European team was in contact with the Asia Pacific team. For UAT Most of the important SAP functions are working and OK. Some issues on interfacing  and APO on the Global Availability to Promis logic. So far so good. In the meantime starting on the cut over activities list for the Go Live date.

No Picture, didn't felt like making. Spent the weekend in Knokke, Belgium -on the beach- Met up with Yvonne,  Katja and Remco. It was an old fashioned weekend. All the joys of life!
Starting to prepare for Tokyo/ Japan once more. 70 plus Key Users are awaiting the User Acceptance Test on SAP SPS Blueprint for the International Healthcare Customer. Our business friends forgot to prepare some scripts, So I am wondering how this will end.
