Eindhoven at night. Emmasingel....
The coming week is an important one. I am hoping to close some business deals by the end of this year in order to have a clear view on coming year. My belief on the ChainScope product is growing by the day. We receive a lot of request from companies to explain what it exactely is we do. It boils down to freeing money from the supply chain by using math to find the optimal amount of inventory over all nodes with regards to certain customer service level. Not to much and not to little but optimal inventory to suit the customer service levels agreed! In this way to indicate how much inventory should/ could be maintained. Most companies are using a so called safety stock, but in this safety stock there is a "dead part". This part could be taken away without hurting the customer service levels.

Sophie E. challenced us for macro pictures. The Leica has a very low value for the diafragma (2.8). This is ao. where the Leica is different (and better) than other camera's.
In the above picture (my fencing mask) I gave a litle bit to much light from above, but it gives a nice glomy effect.

Last week was once again a vibrant one. Credit crisis is keeping us busy. Will it hit or not? There could be a positive twitch to it. Freeing up money that is tied up in the supply chain is one of the goals of ChainScope. Companies are calling for cash and that gives us the opportunity to perform with the software.
