Agile User Stories

For China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico we finished the Agile User Stories. New way of working but it seems to be promissing. We are leaving Waterfall behind! Starting to work with the designated 3rd parties.

Projects for 2013

At this moment we are working with 10 country teams to derive into a "one Agile Approach" on the software projects for next year roll outs. We are now concentrating on Greather China (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan), Malaysia, Thailand, India, South Korea, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. These countries will follow the implemenatations we already did in the rest of the world. I thank all the teams for their input and focus on the results of the preps we are going through.

At the same time I am closing the global roll out of the MCA Servicgistics multi echelon supply chain solution. We implemented this software application worldwide (almost 200 warehouses) in order to have one global application on supply chain planning. The customer is extremely satisified (NPS 8,5) and we ended within the budget and on time. This project existed of going live with 7 modalities. The usercommunity exist out of 35 global planners and it touches the day to day operation of 10.000 end users. I would like to thank the entire team (India, US and the Netherlands) for their never ending strive for quality!

For 2014 we are discussing already whether the middle east and Latam will be going into the SPS BP (SAP blueprint for spareparts). For this i already visited Dubai and what a magnificent place that is! I am working on the pictures and they will follow shortly!
